Quality Assurance

SDG appoints a quality assurance analyst to be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables, and compliance with the business requirements of the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide valid ballpark and actual estimates for project work packages.
  • Work with the business analyst and client in order to develop and execute testing strategies, based on the high-level test plans, to reflect the business and system specifications.
  • Document test results.
  • Attend review of client’s requirements, business design, technical design, testing strategies, and release management issues as required.
  • Act as the client contact to resolve test strategies and other related issues.
  • Work with the project manager to ensure adherence with the project methodology.
  • Communicate project related issues, resolutions, and status to the project manager/leader.
  • Assist the client the preparation of Release Notes and/or Operational Procedures as required.
