Systems Analysis

SDG appoints a systems analyst to work closely with the business analyst to ensure technical viability of the business design and may be required to attend any JAD sessions or client interviews at the client site. The system analyst will ensure that the technical specifications accurately represent the business specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide valid ballpark and actual estimates for project work packages.
• Review business design to ensure technical viability and to provide technical solutions to support the business requirements.
• Develop technical specifications to represent the business specifications and design.
• Attend review of client’s requirements, business design, technical design, code design, testing strategies, and release management issues as required.
• Work with the project manager to ensure adherence with the project methodology.
• Communicate project related issues, resolutions, and status to the project manager/leader.
• Provide technical support during project implementation to client Acceptance and Production environments.
• Assist the client the preparation of Release Notes and/or Operational Procedures as required.
