Business Analysis

SDG appoints a business analyst to work closely with the client to gather business requirements using JAD sessions, client interviews, and observation at the client site. The business analyst will work with the client to ensure that business needs and objectives are identified and properly represented by supporting documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide valid ballpark and actual estimates for project work packages.
• Develop business specifications to represent the client’s business requirements.
• Review technical design to ensure compliance with the business design and requirements.
• Develop high-level test strategies based on the client’s business requirements.
• Attend review of client’s requirements, business design, technical design, code design, testing strategies, and release management issues as required.
• Work with the project manager to ensure adherence with the project methodology.
• Communicate project related issues, resolutions, and status to the project manager/leader.
• Assist the client the preparation of Release Notes and/or Operational Procedures as required.
