Project Management
SDG appoints a project manager to be responsible both to the client and to SDG for the overall delivery of a project or multiple projects. The project manager will work closely with the client to understand the needs of the client, and ensure the pro-active identification of issues and risks so that they can be managed effectively and successfully.
Responsibilities:
- In accordance with the client’s business methodology, the project manager will be responsible for developing a delivery strategy, development, and execution of the delivery strategy to successfully satisfy the client’s requirements.
- Effectively communicate project deliverables, milestones, and resource plans to the project steering committee, project sponsor, and project team.
- Work with the assigned resources to promote a “team” atmosphere, and to ensure information exchange is accomplished.
- Ensure that all required documentation are completed and timely delivered to the client.
- Ensure that the project charter is completed and delivered to the client upon project closure.
